Children’s illustration

I’ve always loved a good story (it must be my Irish heritage): from swashbuckling adventures to macabre fairy tales. So it’s no surprise that lots of my art takes on a storytelling theme - especially now that I have five-year-old twins of my own.

Name art

When I first started my name art illustrations, they started as presents for friends and I didn’t realise how popular they would be! They’re all hand-painted, unique and completely customisable. They make perfect cards or nursery illustrations.

Whimsy

My illustrations often have a touch of the whimsy in them - including my mermaid series.

Character design

As an animator, I really enjoy creating characters and storytelling. It’s one of the reasons why I enjoy drawing children’s illustrations so much.
